Andrew has been exporting for 20 years and has held senior positions in multi-nationals and SME’s in industries as diverse as Food and Beverages, Scientific Equipment, Construction and Packaging. He founded and ran his own manufacturing business, exporting all of its production, before selling to an overseas buyer. Andrew has personal experience of overseas JV formation and relationship management. His export marketing experience embraces Western Europe, Scandinavia, Central and South America, the Far East and South Africa He is fluent in French and Spanish. Andrew is currently hands-on in overseas markets, representing a small number of export clients and dividing his time between Spain and the UK. He brings his very practical experience combined with clear strategic vision to Workshop delivery. Andrew possesses excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills. His mentoring style is non-prescriptive, methodical and action-orientated and is equally effective when providing long term strategic guidance or when suggesting tactical solutions to immediate challenges. Andrew is an Associate Member of the Institute of Export. He has provided one and two day workshops for exporters enrolled on the UKTI Passport to Export programme for the past eight years.
