Joy is a long-standing and highly valued member of the Learning Impact team. She is a capable organiser with a very strong eye for detail who is dedicated to ensuring that our service delivery runs smoothly and professionally.
Joy and her team provide the central hub around which that delivery revolves. This includes organising venues, producing course materials, arranging facilitator availability and providing a liaison point for clients – in fact everything that has to happen to create the moment when a client arrives at a Workshop and is able to relax and enjoy a productive experience.
Joy is a professionally trained administrator and qualified accounts administrator with over twenty five years experience.
